Taking care of your pineal gland

As with everything else, there is not a simple answer, but I will give some suggestions so that you are not overwhelmed by things you can do to change how your pineal gland is feeling.

Many essential oils are effective, and there we can look at what the three wise men had as gifts with them to the Jesus child in the Bible: myrrh and frankincense. It is possible to ingest orally and to lubricate the skin or to breathe in the vapors. There are always important keys in holy scriptures, which relate to contact with our essence (even if we do not agree with the faith in it).

Cedarwood and sandalwood are also popular essential oils to use, where you can both take them directly into your mouth where you often press them against the palate, or brush over the pan chakra or alternatively take on the crown chakra.

Young Living also has a nice mix called Brain Power, which is a blend of frankincense, cedar and sandalwood, among others, and which many people enjoy using because of this.

Chamomile and rosemary can also be used to activate the sight of the third eye.

In addition to this, it is about detoxing the body from heavy metals, which is done, for example, with coriander and chlorella, which you can take in food, as drops, in capsules or in smoothies.

Also consider using water purifiers if you live in big cities without access to your own well – there are many different ones, but the one we think works best is the one with microspiral filters, which they developed to work after the Chernobyl disaster.

Good luck!
